Ericka Dawn Glenn is a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania born singer/songwriter who has a passion for soul music, but has the vocal ability to cross all genres of music. She has been singing since the age of 3 years old. Her mother and grandmother were well known around the city of Philadelphia as gospel and night club singers so music is in her blood. Ericka has become fondly known as "Philly's Gladys Knight" due to her similar throaty soulful voice, and her love for Gladys Knight's music. 
     Ericka is a true connoisseur of music and it reflects in all of her work. She is also well known on the Philadelphia Open Mic circuit and has a large fan base around the city. She has sung backgrounds on shows featuring well known Golden Oldies acts such as The Whispers, Ray Goodman and Brown and Jean Carne as well as newer younger artist such as Chris Brown, Neo and just to name a few. She has sung in the Philadelphia Citywide Choir for several years and in the Unity Band.         
      Ericka is an accomplished songwriter and vocal coach. She cowrote 2 albums  Finally Here,  4 Love Affairs Honest Intentions She is always writing and producing her own as well as others music in the studio.  She is currently studying to get her B.A in Music. 
     Ericka is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and served in the Gulf War. Most recently she performed on a show internet show called Bands of Brothers that featured Veterans from all branches of Military service that had served in a war and had Post Traumatic Stress Disorder as a result of their military service. The show was to raise money and awareness for PTSD among Veterans. While on the show Ericka was mentored by some well known musicians such as Mark Rivera (Foreigner) and Eric Bazilian (The Hooters).
